Introduction to Iyengar Yoga

This series of yoga classes starts Monday 3/6, 5:30 - 6:45p (85 minutes) and runs on consectutive Monday's through Monday 4/10, 5:30 - 6:45p. This 6 week course is designed for beginners with either no yoga expereience at all OR for yoga prarctioners looking to start working with the Iyengar method of yoga. Practicing on your own is an integral component of yoga study and participants will walk away form this course with an enriched understanding of how to start or progress in a home practice.
