About this event
The Heartland Beekeepers Association with the assistance of the University of Florida/IFAS Extension, Highlands County and the Master Gardener volunteers are offering a one day beekeeping class. Learn the Basics of beekeeping and find out if you are cut out to be a beekeeper. Backyard beekeeping is quickly taking hold across Florida and the country. The class includes coffee and lunch. It will be a fun and informative day.
