Description
Ready to Explore Foundation Training* for beginners? This workshop is a hands-on exploration of Foundation Training principles and exercises. You will learn how Foundation Training works in your own body and leave with the confidence to apply these simple, yet challenging postures to your daily life or join my weekly Foundation Training classes. Participants receive a set of Foundation Training flash cards to enhance personal understanding of the class content.
All ages, genders and fitness levels welcome!
**Please bring water and a yoga mat**
Continue your new practice with my weekly class offerings:
Tuesdays 7:00am to 8:00am
Wednesdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Both workshop and weekly classes are held at Jeffrey Bihr Studio, 5390 Miles Avenue, Oakland. Ample street parking and walking distance from Rockridge BART. Workshop price includes your first weekly class.
