Introduction to Evidence-Based Practices for Autism Spectrum Disorder

The Delaware Network for Excellence in Autism (DNEA), housed at UD’s Center for Disabilities Studies, offers training and technical assistance that benefits individuals with autism, their families, and the professionals who serve them.

Introduction to Evidence-Based Practices for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder will provide an overview of the evidence-based practices that are most effective when supporting individuals with autism of all ages. This training will review the core characteristics of autism and introduce three evidence-based practices: visual supports, prompting, and reinforcement.

Participants will be emailed log-in information and training details approximately 48 hours before the training date. Participants will be emailed a certificate of attendance approximately two weeks post training.
