You’ve probably heard of essential oils. It’s all the rage these days. So, what’s the big deal? Why should I use them? What are essential oils anyway? How do I use them? What do they do? What do they smell like? How much do I use? Do I just put them on my skin? Can I ingest them? Is that even safe? These are all great questions. I have the answers. So, let’s get together and chat about essential oils.
The purpose of this class is to educate, empower, and inspire you. When we are done, I want you to feel confident that you know how to use them, excited to try them out, and be knowledgeable about your options. The focus of this class is to learn the basics:
- Essential oils: what they are and where they come from.
- How to use them aromatically (in the air).
- How to use them internally (consume them).
- How to use them topically (on your skin).
- Determine what kind to use, and how much and how often.
At the end of the class I’ll give you some information on how you can start using Young Living essential oils (that’s the company I use). If you are interested in trying some oils, then you’ve got lots of good options. But don’t worry, you don’t have to make any decisions on the spot. I don’t sell anything. There’s no paperwork to fill out. It’s just some super awesome people getting together to learn about oils, meet new people, and have some fun. Oh! You should bring a friend. The more the merrier, I always say.
And, what fun would the class be if we didn’t smell any oils? It wouldn’t. So we will. When the class ends, I’ll have a few stations set up where you can smell oils, look over additional materials, and I’ll answer questions. AND because you are awesome, and I’m awesome, and essential oils are awesome... everyone who attends will receive one free sample, as a thank you for attending. I hope you can join me.
