Introduction to Adlerian Counselling Course - Fully Online

This 10 week course is suitable for those interested in finding out about whether they wish to pursue training to become a counsellor, as well as those who wish to engage in some personal development.

It is also useful for those in other helping professions to develop listening and attending skills as well as some self awareness.

The psychological foundation is based on the Individual Psychology of Alfred Adler 1870-1937). Our philosophical framework is based on ethics of equality, respect, psychoeducation, collaboration and cooperation.

The course will be delivered in a fully online format over 10 weekly live webinars on Monday evenings from 6pm-8.30pm.

Course content will cover basic counselling skills and an introduction to Adlerian theories and their application. Much of the learning is experiential.
