This four-week series will introduce the beginner to Hatha yoga fundamentals and serve as a springboard to begin a regular yoga practice.
You will learn basic poses (asana), alignment, breath awareness (pranayama), relaxation techniques, (meditation) common yoga etiquette, some yoga history and Sanskrit.
