This is an all-levels class to teach you (or re-teach you) the basics, with an emphasis on safety in the poses. This class is perfect for very beginners as well as those who want to begin to develop core strength and balance. Our small class sizes mean you'll get plenty of attention from Lesley, should you need a little help with any particular pose or movement.
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and bottle of water. Bolsters and blocks will be provided.
