Event description

Hey, Parents!

Do you know yoga will benefit your daughter, but can’t get her excited about it?

Do you want your child to have a safe & inclusive space for her to share what’s on her mind?

Do you want a professional coach who can help to bridge the communication gap between you & your teenager or preteen?

Hey, Girls!

Do you want to learn how to be awesome at life?

Are you interested in trying yoga for the first time?

Do you want to meet cool new girls, have fun & have a dance party?!

If so... Welcome to Girl Talk - an interactive workshop guiding girls like you in a safe & fun space to create self-discovery through yoga & personal coaching.

But why?

Young girls need space to be themselves without social pressures as they learn who they are and who they want to be in the world. Currently, personal development is not being taught in schools despite how it directly leads to more self-awareness, motivation, and resilience.

To the women reading this: do you remember what life was like inside your head when you were a young girl? Many of us lacked goals, focus, and had little sense of direction which was quickly dismissed as 'part of being a teenager'.

When everything seems to be changing all at once, girls need a space to truly be themselves without judgement, competition, and the expectations of others. By introducing a mindful yoga practice those 'angsty' teenage years can be softened. With personal coaching available, girls can begin to adjust to the ever-changing world with confidence and grace.
