Welcome to our Intro to Sewing Class at SewSlick Studio!

This in-person event is perfect for anyone looking to dip their toes into the world of sewing.

Whether you're a complete novice or just need a refresher, our experienced instructor will guide you through the basics of sewing.

In Sewing 101 you will...

Learn to

  • properly thread & use a sewing machine
  • properly use sewing notions and tools
  • sew a straight and pivot
  • create a seam
  • properly press and finish a seam

*You will NOT create a project in this class*

Do I have to bring my own supplies?

No, everything will be provided. Just bring yourself & a friend if you can!

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

Yes! There are no steps, and the door is wide enough for wheelchair entry. The bathroom is also accessible.
