Description
This introductory self-defense class, taught by Kris Smith, is designed to provide basic techniques to improve situational awareness and teach practical self-defense moves. These moves are designed to be effective regardless of age or ability. Kris is the founder of Fitness Inspired Tactical Training (FITT). Her background is in law enforcement with the NYPD and in martial arts, in which she holds a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo. Kris has a passion to teach self defense and tactical awareness and educate her clients to respond instinctively, quickly, and decisively when it matters most.
This event is free, but we have a relatively small space, so participation is limited, and tickets are required. Participants will receive a 25% discount on lunch following the class!
