An introduction to healthy & safe alignment, breath and meditation in the yoga asanas (postures). You will learn how to familiarize yourself with the foundational yoga shapes, yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques - great for stress relief & overall wellness.

You will learn how to:
