Welcome to the Intro to Making Sushi Class! This class is intended for people who haven't made sushi before, but are intrerested in giving it a try. .
In this class, you will learn how to:
- Make Professional Sushi Rice
- Slice Salmon for Sushi
- Make a California Roll
- Make a Salmon Roll
- Make Salmon Nigiri
The class will be 2 hours long and will include instruction + hands-on training.
All ingredients are included in the cost AND you get to eat all of the sushi you make!
All equipment will be provided for you to use. However, if you would like to take a sushi kit home with you we will have them for sale for $25! A sushi kit includes a rolling mat and a beginner knife.

Will there be sake/beer?
Yes! Sake and beer can be purchased for an additional cost at the event. Drinks will be sold at the beginning of the class and will require an ID to purchase.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You bet! Just be be sure to notify me that your registration has been transferred
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. I'd actually prefer that you don't print the ticket, as it saves on paper. You can check in digitally at the event.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the limited seating and needing to purchase the ingredients prior to the event, there will NOT be any refunds. However, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a future class if a scheduling conflict arrises.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes. However, you will need to check in digitally at the event, so please be sure to tell me who purchased your ticket.
