Event description

Description

Meet the new Inworks Biolab! First, we'll cover safety in the lab by introducing you to a variety of equipment and chemicals that will be used in future workshops, discussing the importance of basic sterile technique, and teaching you all about when and how to use personal protective equipment (PPE). Then, we'll cover pipetting in-depth. The ability to pipette correctly is one of the most crucial skills to be successful in the biolab. Once you've practiced pipetting, you'll be ready to jump into the next biolab workshop.

The completion of this workshop is required to work in and take future workshops in the biolab (exceptions will be made for prior experience).

Participants are required to read and sign the Inworks Terms of Use and General Safety Rules.
