We will start with an introduction to philosophy and history of the Korean sword martial art, Haidong Gumdo. We'll work on how to hold a sword, basic stances, and a variety of cuts. We'll also work on drills, like arranged sparring, to build on our skills. We'll end with meditation and Q&A session.
