Curious about CrossFit? Intro to CrossFit teaches the foundations of a typical CrossFit class. The focus is on cardiovascular conditioning with the addition of classic CrossFit movements. There will be some equipment used including kettle bells, dumb bells, and wall balls. There is no barbell or heavy weight lifting involved in this class. As with all Crossfit classes the movements are scalable to all levels of athlete!
