Event description

Description

When many people think of innovation, their mind automatically slips directly to the output. However, there are many different steps and countless hours that go into innovation before these results manifest into something. Innovation is a tough process for anyone, but can be even more challenging for the Intrapreneur. She or he has to work inside the bounds of an organization that already has established ways and processes of doing business and creating revenue, which makes it harder to disrupt the everyday drumbeat in the quest to build new and better things.

To be successful at intrapreneurship, you need to have a proper foundation based on three pillars: People, Process, and Tools. Getting these three things right will be instrumental to successful innovation.

Join us for breakfast and learning on November 21st at the Symbility Intersect office where we will host a panel featuring three intrapreneurs who have mastered the three pillars of People, Process, and Tools and will be passing on their advice about what worked and didn’t for them
