Event description

Description

Many workplaces say that they want to create or already foster a culture of innovation. However, saying it is one thing, actually doing it is another.

On May 29th the Intrapreneur Alliance will be hosting a breakfast event all about models that have been proven to work when it comes to building around the people, processes, and tools that help to foster intrapreneurial cultures. We’ll be joined by industry professionals that have implemented these models to tell you from their personal experiences what works, what doesn’t, and the lessons they learned along the way.

We're thrilled to announce our featured presenter for the event, Ben Yoskovitz.

Ben Yoskovitz, featured speaker

Ben is a Founding Partner at Highline BETA, a new venture development and startup co-creation company. Highline BETA combines its startup and investor experience to help enterprises launch market-leading new ventures. Ben is an experienced entrepreneur and angel investor. He is also the co-author of Lean Analytics, a book that combines Lean Startup and analytics to help companies of all sizes build better ventures faster.

Ben will then be joined by Mrinanlini Menon for a fireside chat on how she and RBC have implemented some of Ben's models.

Mrinalini Menon

Mrinalini works at the intersection of innovation and talent. She is Director of Intrapreneurship & Early Talent at RBC where she is introducing new ways of working. She advances a world-class Intrapreneurship program that upskills internal talent to face the future of financial services, and leads the delivery of an award-winning experiential program for almost 1,000 students. She has served as a trusted advisor to RBC leaders in corporate strategy transformation and talent acquisition. She was also one of a small handful of RBCers chosen across the bank for a Talent Accelerator to develop new business ventures in a start-up environment.

RSVP today to join Ben and us as seats are limited and going quickly.
