Join us for a Happy Hour conversation on the not-so-happy topic of crisis communications. Three seasoned professionals will share their stories of being thrown into the fire shortly after starting new jobs and the lessons they learned.

Are you prepared to handle high profile news? How do you address scandals? What happens when the CEO dies?

John O’Brien, after working at the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office for a short time, the Anthony Sowell case broke. John shares his experience handling the high-profile murder case.

Beth Zietlow-DeJesus, a few months into her job at the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County, CEO Valeria Harper passed away unexpectedly.

Jean Smith when she was fairly new in her role at NEORSD, a former Sewer District attorney was charged and later convicted for pocketing bribes and stealing district checks.
