The 2020 Intersate BBQ Festival (5th annual) takes place on October 3, 2020 from 11am - 6pm at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center near Hagertsown, MD.

ABSOLUTE VENDOR APPLICATION & REGISTRATION DEADLINES ARE September 4th

ALL FOOD VENDOR SPACES ARE FULL.

RETURNING VENDORS HAD UNTIL DECEMBER 20TH TO APPLY TO KEEP THEIR SPOT, ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT GUARANTEED AND IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE EVENT COMMITTEE

APPLICATION to be a vendor at the 2020 Interstate BBQ Festival is free, HOWEVER

IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:

FOOD VENDOR (24'x18') - $350 (Menu Must Be At Least 50% BBQ Related Items) *SOLD OUT*

COMMERCIAL VENDOR (12'x12') - $175 (If YOU Didn't Make It, This Applies To You)

ARTIST/CRAFTER VENDOR (12'x12') - $125

NONPROFIT VENDOR - $100 (12'x12', 501C3 Only)

EXTRAS: Power $25 (15amp only). YOU DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE ITEMS (YOU ORDER THESE ONCE YOU ARE APPROVED). If you need double space, order two spots.

The Interstate BBQ Festival is a Maryland State Championship Event Sanctioned By The Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) in its fifth year and supports several local charities. Upwards of 80 teams compete in Pro and Backyard divisions with a number of ancillary events and a People's Choice Competition. The family friendly festival in Hagerstown, MD draws thousands of spectators to sample and purchase some of the east coast's finest barbeque, enjoy live music, kids activities and more. The 2020 event is October 2-3. Only Open To The Public on October 3rd.
