Event description

Description

It seems these days that everything is coming with Bluetooth and WiFi, from trains to toothbrushes. We are in the early stages of understanding how this technology, the Internet of Things, will transition from technology to solutions that improve the world around us. When everything is connected, how will things change? This engineering focused event will dive into the state of the art in connected devices, how to engineer small, hyper power-efficient devices, how they will inter-connect, best practices in design manufacturing, and some of the privacy concerns that arise with them.
