In addition, using the facilities and participating in the classes offered at YogaUP, or otherwise receiving the Services, involves the risk of loss or damage to my personal property. In consideration of the Services offered by YogaUP, you understand and voluntarily accept this risk and agree that, its partners, employees, volunteers, agents and independent contractors will not be liable for any loss of or damage to my personal property while attending a class or otherwise receiving the Services. You certify that you are 18 years old or older. Otherwise, you agree to attend classes with a Guardian, who accepts liability and responsibility on your behalf. You, my heirs, or legal representative forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue YogaUP for any injury or death caused by your participation in the yoga class.
