Come to the Headstone Manor Park(Next to Headstone Manor and Museum) from 9.45 am to 12.30 pm on Sunday 18th June for the celebration of International Yoga Day 2023 invited by Soham Yoga London - Yogathon Challenge!

The Yogathon Challenge is to complete a few rounds of Sun Salutations! They are a series of 12 powerful Yoga postures, which rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit! The Sun Salutations a wholesome workout, which helps develop physique, muscle strength, and reflexes, research suggests that it is one of the best things you can do for the mind as well. The well-known benefits include improved concentration & confidence and also lowered stress and anxiety.

The Yogathon is led by experienced Soham Yoga Teachers and begins at 10.15 am. Please support the team in the Yogathon challenge and contribute towards a great cause to educate young girls in India.
