Confidence: A Key to Success
Confidence is something that all professionals need to have to progress and achieve their goals, and there is no shortage of confident women from whom to take inspiration: Hillary Clinton, Catherine Cortex Masto (the first Latina US Senator), Stephanie Murphy (first ever Vietnamese American women elected in Congress), Kate Brown (first openly LGBT Governor).
For this year’s International Women’s Day panel, the Zicklin Women in Business graduate club is eager to bring a moderated panel of 3-4 accomplished women to talk about confidence - how to build it and why is it necessary to have it, especially in today’s times. Students look forward to learning from the discussion of real-life examples on what confidence means to them, how they present it themselves, how they see others use it and how much success depends on it.
Our C-level panelists for this year include:
Lana Reznikova, Assurance Partner at EY
Itir Aloba-Curi, Insights Director for the Advertiser Analytics and Insights team at Microsoft.
Justina Cho, Vice President, Head of Digital Marketing and Platform, at New York Life.
Moderator: Ruschell Boone, NY1 Queens Reporter
The event is open to all Baruch undergraduate and graduate students!
