Advance Tickets are now on sale for $75 per person/$100 after October 14. Children under 12 are free with adult paid ticket.

The 15th International Risotto Festival is proud to benefit Second Servings of Houston, the city's only prepared and perishable food rescue organization. The nonprofit is on a mission to fight hunger and end waste in the Houston community be picking up unsold and unserved food from food businesses, such as distributors, retailers and manufacturers. Then, immediately delivering the perfectly edible surplus food at no cost to more than 90 local shelters, soup kitchens, low-income housing and many other charities. Since 2015, Second Servings of Houston has rescued over 5 million pounds of food, valued at more than $50 million, from over 400 food donors to fill stomachs, not landfills.
