About this event
International Picnic Day is a way to step outside and enjoy each other’s company in the fresh air and sunshine that our public parks have to offer. We encourage everyone to grab a blanket and take their picnic baskets to the nearest park, Friday, June 18th for an alfresco outing.

The Friends of Mockingbird Trail will be picnicking along Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale at Smoker Family Park starting at 12pm. The whole family and well-behaved pets are welcome to join!
Location: Smoker Family Park: 501 S New River Dr E, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 Downtowners are encouraged to bike or walk, parking is available south of the park along SE 6th Street and east on N. Rio Vista Blvd. A valet option is also available at The Vu New River next to the park.
