International Human Rights, Refugees and Persecution

Chapman University School of Law is proud to present distinguished guest Professor Fernando Chang-Muy, who will speak about human rights, refugees and persecution of individuals based on their sexual identity or orientation at a special lunchtime presentation.
Professor Fernando Chang-Muy teaches at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. He is a former Human Rights Legal Officer with the United Nations at both the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees and the World Health Organization. He is the author of numerous articles on human rights, immigration law, refugee law, and public health, and is the co-editor of Social Work with Immigrants and Refugees.
Seats are limited and include a free lunch. Doors open at 11:30 and the presentation will begin at 12:00.
