SALON- SAN FRANCISCO - 2023

The 27th International Decorative Painters Salon

Salon brings together master artisans from over 25 different countries who share their work and techniques in this exhibition and live painting event. Participants of Salon include independent painters, finishers, teachers, restoration artisans, sign painters, gilders, and muralists.

The Salon is organized in a new city every year, hosted voluntarily by one of its members and supported entirely by donations and sponsorships. This is the first time Salon has been held in California, and will meet next in Ireland in 2024 and Denmark in 2025.

Participating artists will exhibit their work as well as work together on live demonstrations of technique as well as creating a large group mural. See our website for more information.

Public hours: April 18 - 19: 10 AM - 4 PM

and April 20 from 10 AM-3 PM

Entrance donation: $20 / free entry for students with ID.

SALON is non-profit event, hosted by a well-respected Participant in their home city, and moves to a new place every year.
