Conference Objectives:

Customer Loyalty!

The central theme of the upcoming conference in Arusha City, Tanzania is ‘Achieving Customer Loyalty!’.

The term ‘Customer Loyalty’ is defined as follows:

‘Customer loyalty is the result of consistently positive emotional experience, physical attribute-based satisfaction and perceived value of an experience, which includes the product or services.

In today’s competitive global business landscape, a mere customer satisfaction alone would not help an organization to thrive and be successful in their business. We need highly satisfied customers who would engage with us continuously and offer profitable business which is quite crucial to succeed in the long-run. Customer loyalty is the measure of assured success. The customer feels totally happy to choose your product against another, voluntarily. In course of time, they become, ‘brand loyal’. Supplying goods of good quality, redressing the problems of a customer without delay and great support services throughout the life of a product would help a company to ensure profitability and success.

Against this background, the upcoming conference in Arusha City, Tanzania aims at achieving the following objectives;

a) identify and analyze the major contributing factors that help a company to ensure ‘brand loyalty’;;

b) provide an ideal platform for researchers, marketing executives, experts, economists, bankers and practitioners to share their research and practical experiences on all the major issues highlighted as above in the field of marketing;

d) ensure collaborative research work among researchers and academicians who would attend the event from across the world.
