You're invited to join our international staff and partners for dinner, worship, fellowship, prayer, and fun at our monumental 50th Anniversary Celebration Gala at Hilton DFW Lakes in Grapevine, Texas on Saturday, October 14, 2023.

Early bird price: $75. Available March 15 - June 30.

Standard price: $95. Available July 1 - September 15.

Table sponsor: $1,000. Available March 15 - September 15. Includes up to 7 of your guests (tables seat 8) with name recognition and prime location in the ballroom.

All registration closes September 15, 2023 at 11:30pm CT.

Your registration covers:

  • Admission to the International Fair where you'll have the opportunity to meet and mingle with our guests of honor.
  • The cost of your meal and a portion of our international guests' meal during the Anniversary Celebration dinner.
  • Exclusive, IC commemorative gifts only available to registered guests.

International Fair: 2:00 - 4:30pm

Celebration Gala: 5:00 - 7:30pm. Dinner begins promptly at 5:00pm

What to expect during the International Fair:

IC leaders from nearly every continent will represent their area of the world with a unique display of their country and culture. This will be an "open house" style opportunity to meet these world-changers in person that, until now, you've only seen and heard stories about. International snacks will be featured at most stations, but quantity is limited! Arrive early to provide plenty of time to see and learn about how God is at work around the world.

What to expect during the Anniversary Celebration Gala:

This International Commission family gathering will be epic and unlike any Celebration Dinner you've attended. Lots of surprises and giveaways are in store! You'll hear never-before-shared stories from the humble and unexpected beginnings of "International Crusades" in 1973, through 5 decades of ministry featuring our founders, leaders, and key international guests. Get ready to laugh, be inspired, and moved through what God has done, beginning with a single trip to Mexico led by a farmer from Seminole, TX that grew into a global, evangelistic ministry featuring church partnership evangelism outreaches annually.

An opportunity to give generously toward International Commission's gospel-advancing work will be presented. Bring your heart to give with your checkbook or smartphone!

Where is the event at Hilton DFW Lakes?

  • The 50th Anniversary Celebration will be located in the Texas Grande Ballroom. Signage will be posted throught the hotel.

I'm coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

  • Hilton DFW Lakes is pleased to offer an exclusive room rate of $129.00 + tax for any guests staying October 13 - 15. This rate includes transportation to/from DFW airport. There are 2 ways to make your reservation:

What if I have a dietary restriction?

  • There are special dietary selections available for dinner to choose from when you register.

Are children allowed?

  • We ask that no persons under the age of 18 attend.

What should I wear?

  • During the International Fair and 50th Anniversary Dinner, you're welcome to wear international clothing or after five attire (semi-formal).
  • The 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner will require international clothing or after five attire.

I cannot attend! Can I still give?

  • At this time, exclusive 50th anniversary merchandise is only available for those attending and must be picked up in person during check-in.

What if I register but later cannot attend. Can I get a refund?

  • At this time, no refunds will be issued.

Can someone who doesn't know about IC attend?

  • Absolutely! This would be a great opportunity to invite someone you know who is interested in investing in the Great Commission.
