Description

Dear Faith Partner,

Your outstanding service and care for our neighbors experiencing homelessness has been a tremendous blessing to our communities and county. As you may know, LA County has worked extensively in collaboration with leading agencies to implement 47 key strategies to end the crisis of homelessness.

We believe that combining the efforts of the Faith community and the County's strategies can make an even greater impact on combating this issue. As such, the Los Angeles County Homeless Initiative, in partnership with LA Voice, with support from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, invite you to join us for the
Interfaith Summit on Homelessness.

During this summit, we will share:

  • Successful models of collaboration and best practices
  • Essential resources* and information on housing
  • Innovative ideas and strategic plans for coordinating our efforts

Although the scheduled conference end time is 2pm, we invite you to stay until 3:30 pm for networking with other faith leaders, county department representatives and homeless services providers in your Service Planning Area.

*While this conference will discuss funding opportunities, information specific to applying for funding will be held at a later date.

Space is limited so please register by May 19, 2017

Should you have any questions, please contact the Homeless Initiative at HomelessInitiative@lacounty.gov
