The course will build on the clinician’s current clinical expertise through lecture, collaborative decision-making, and interdisciplinary case discussions. Medical conditions that mimic musculoskeletal dysfunction, and “must know” red flags across the lifespan will be highlighted. Evidence-based management will be addressed to guide the role of physical therapists as collaborative practitioners who are ideally positioned to identify manifestations warranting referral.
