Interactive Animation with Scratch & Picoboard

In this workshop, students will learn how to make an animated character react to events in the outside world. Using the Scratch programming language and the PicoBoard microcontroller, students will work with basic programming and electronics concepts to create interactive projects that react to light, sound and touch.

MakersFactory is a new educational maker space in downtown Santa Cruz, CA, where students of all ages will learn and use exciting new technology for 3D printing, modeling, animation, and robotics.
