This 3 day Re-Set will focus on eating clean, plant based foods, yoga, meditation, and uncovering our whole-est selves through journaling

About this Event

Spring is a time of growth, energy, and renewal. We will revisit the intentions we set at the beginning of the year, those seeds we sowed, and grow into our intentions more fully. We will do a series of standing yoga poses to start the morning and embody our own spring energy. For renewal, we will be incorporating spring greens that aid in detoxification, as well as the option for a digestive detox with medical foods.

The mornings will begin with meditation, journaling and mindful movement to dive deeper into WHO and WHERE you are now, an where you want to go.

The remainder of your day is up to you. You can treat this as a retreat experience and practice self care, spending time by yourself for reflection. Or you can use this as an opportunity to take the mindful practices into your everyday - be it with kids, spouse, animals, work, etc.

A week prior to the event, you will recieve the meal plan so you can be prepared come Monday Morning. You will also recieve the Zoom link for the following sessions:

Monday, May 3rd: 6:30am to 7:30am - yoga, meditation and journaling

Tuesday, May 4th: 6:30am to 7:30am - yoga meditation and journaling

Wednesday, May 5th: 6:30am to 7:30am - yoga, meditation and journaling
