"Lara and her team are responsive, childcentered and caring. Her nannies absolutely adore her ... they consistently say it's the first time that they have come across an agency that shares a philosophy that's all about affection and respect for the child, which always results in the very best outcomes for the longterm." - Father to 2 boys, Notting Hill
