During this 1.5-day public workshop, nationally recognized SBIR expert and consummate trainer, Lisa Kurek, program director for SBIR Impact NYC will focused on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) program. Lisa will cover program essentials including:

  • Information about eligibility for the SBIR Impact NYC program and how to apply
  • Current information on the SBIR/STTR programs
  • How to approach each section of your proposal
  • Planning your commercialization strategy
  • Writing to meet the reviewers’ expectations
  • Common problems and pitfalls and how to avoid them

Feedback from 15 years of attendees has overwhelming endorsed this session as a critical component in successful proposal development.

Day One begins ends at 4:30 p.m. and Day Two ends at noon.
