Description

The fourth lecture in our series covers best practices of trademark use and raises awareness of how to avoid loss of a registration and dilution. Also covers select trademark licensing provisions and trademark enforcement programs as a means of assuring proper and limited use of a mark by others so as to not dilute the mark. Reviews frequently asked questions about trademarks.

This event will be held at the Evans Library on the second floor in the Link conference room. Lunch will be included.
