Integrated Learning Curriculum Slam & Graduation

Join us for a day in community sharing curriculum practices and celebrating graduates.

  • 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM Curriculum Slam & Graduation in the Lecture Hall.

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch will be provided.




Call for Curriculum Slam Presentations:

The Curriculum Slam is a showcase of the creativity, critical thinking, and innovation that arts educators bring to their classrooms. Our curriculum slam will be emceed by Dominique Enriquez and is a conducted as a modified Pecha Kucha format.

Presenters will have 7 minutes to share their story. Each presentation will consist of 14 PowerPoint slides with only 30-seconds to speak about each slide.

Guiding Questions:

  • How has participating in ILSP made an impact on your classroom?

  • What is the story of your ILSP journey?




To apply, send us a proposal that includes the following:

  1. Your name, phone, email, your role (e.g. dance teaching artist, high school visual arts teacher, musician, middle school science teacher),

  2. How this practice/lesson/pedagogy relates to either of the guiding questions above (150 words max),

  3. Proposed “grabby” title (15 words max),

  4. Brief bio (150 words max),

  5. Photo of you that can be shared publicly if you are selected,

  6. Include your name and “slam” in the subject of the email.
