Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan Community Engagement Session

The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the Nassau County Department of Health are working on the jointly submitted 2022-2026 Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan (Integrated Plan) to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The Integrated Plan will align with New York State Ending the Epidemic efforts, as well as the HIV National Strategic Plan and the Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (EHE) initiative. Critical to the success of the Integrated Plan is engagement with a wide range of stakeholders.

As part of this effort, we are seeking community input on emerging trends in HIV prevention and treatment that will inform the Integrated Plan.
