Event Details

Programming for this evening will be two consecutive sessions of 1.0 credit courses (where granted). Attendees must sign in and sign out and attend the full session. Credits will be awarded on a per program basis.  

The schedule for the evening will be as follows:

VICE-PRESIDENT – LIFE SETTLEMENTS

Pamela (Pam) Bancsi is the Vice-President of Life Settlements for ValMark Financial Group where she is responsible for the operations, education and marketing of ValMark’s life settlements business line. She has over 30 years of experience within the financial services industry, working with advanced market case design and management. Her background also includes 10 years of legal experience.

Most recently, Pam worked at Life Settlements Insights where she directed the marketing efforts for one of the nation’s largest life settlement brokers. Prior to that, she was an Agency Sales Director for MetLife Insurance, managing the hiring, supervision and training of financial advisers. Pam was also a Regional Director of Financial Planning and Investments for Lincoln Financial, responsible for managing the financial planning department and consulting some of the nation’s top financial advisors on advanced planning and investment ideas.

In addition to her FINRA series 7, 24 and 63 licenses as well as life, health, variable life and annuity licenses, Pam is a Certified Financial Planner® and holds a Juris Doctorate from Case Western University School of Law.


Charles E. Perrault III, CFP®, CLU®

Director, Advanced Markets

Charles Perrault is a Director with Advanced Markets in Prudential’s Individual Solutions Groups. In this role he provides value add support and consultation to internal and external sales associates, brokerage general agents, broker dealers, advisors and centers of influence.Additionally, he consults on advanced sales strategies including estate, business, charitable, wealth transfer, and retirement planning, while also being a frequent speaker on such topics.

Perrault has been with Prudential since 2013, when he joined Internal Sales in the Life Insurance business. Perrault partnered with financial professionals to help them better understand Prudential’s life insurance products, and how to successfully implement them into their clients’ financial plans. Prior to joining Prudential, Perrault spent 5 years as a financial advisor, helping his clients develop and execute on their financial plans.

Perrault received his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut. He subsequently obtained his Certified Financial Planner® and Chartered Life Underwriter®designations. He holds a FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations and a Connecticut Life Insurance license.

NJ CLE - This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 0.00 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 0.00 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law and/or matrimonial law."

NJ Insurance - an application has been submitted to the Department of Banking and Insurance

NJ CPE: 1.0 credit (Intermediate / Financial Planning)

CTFA - LIfe Settlements - The Fourth Option has been submitted to ABA Professional Certifications for CE credit review and is pending approval. Once we receive notification of the credit approval, we will notify attendees/participants."

Session B - Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts using Life Insurance
