About this Event

Are you working, stressing, caring for others and/or a home, —constantly withdrawing from your energetic stores without replenishing? Many of us are. And when we often try to function in the red, we simply can’t do or feel our best.

You know the saying. “You can’t pour from an empty vessel.”

It’s true. When we deplete our energy stores, we get tired and lose focus easily, we get grumpy and sometimes, even become sick. We know you can relate. We’ve all been there. More times than we care to admit. But do you know that it really doesn’t have to be that way?

Starting Monday, March 9th, we are hosting a 21 Day Self Care Challenge. Whether you’ve got your sights set on big major changes or just want to learn small, new ways to take care of yourself, we are going to do this TOGETHER in just 21 days.

Through a private online community, live coaching with us, guided challenges, meditations and more, we are going to make 2020 the year of YOU! You’ll practice self-care to replenish your spirit and discover simple, sustainable strategies for creating a more balanced life of not only giving to others and to your responsibilities but to giving to YOURSELF.
