Come join us for a 4-day photography retreat aimed at growing and cultivating your business through hands-on classes, creative talks, community-building and plenty of socializing fun-times and shenanigans.

• Fifty-Fifty

Are you pumped to join us but would like to pay for the ticket in two installments? Upon registering, choose the 'Get Inspired! 50-50' option and secure your spot at the table with a deposit of $319.50. When you are ready to pay the balance, simply purchase this ticket option again, and you will be all set!
The second ticket must be purchased before December 31st, 2017.

• Fare

We are super stoked to include Grab 'n Go breakfasts every morning to get you started! Each attendee will dig into an array of fresh pastries, bagels, juice, coffee, and tea on Tuesday and Wednesday before classes start.

During lunch hour, enjoy an assortment of sandwiches, wraps, and rolls during your free afternoon on Tuesday and while you check out the Creative Lounge on Wednesday.

In addition to that, four Tasty Breaks will keep you energized and fueled throughout the conference with snacks and refreshments.

And during our Welcome party and our Send-Off shindig fill up on canapés, get your grub on at the food stations and munch on appetizers while partying it up!

The Heritage Hotel will also have a special late-night room service snack menu available exclusively for Inspire attendees, for all the late-night food fanatics!

• Fiesta

We'll be kicking off our ninth retreat at registration with mimosas and yummy treats while you hug it out with past Inspire friends, say hi to new ones, and check out your swag bag full of kickass goodies.

All attendees are invited to our Monday night Welcome party and our Send-Off shindig on Wednesday evening; stay tuned to find out what the (super ridiculously awesome) themes for each of these celebrations are going to be!

• Foray

This time around, we are putting together the best crew of photography-related businesses for our attendees to explore in our Creative Lounge. With Wednesday during the day and Thursday morning open for wandering around, chatting up the sponsors and sitting in on the Lunch 'n' Learn live demos, Q&A's and talks, you'll leave Inspire armed with more information and ways to build your business than you know what to do with!

• Face

Badass Vanity Fair-style vignettes will be set up twice during the retreat so you can nab yourself a killer headshot to use on your site and social media! Our Hair and Makeup team will be available to zjush you up beforehand with specially priced mini-makeovers at an additional fee and on a first come, first served basis.

• Faculty

Peep all the speakers and instructors, then create your own custom 6-class schedule, so you can focus on what you and your business need most. You can choose between hands-on classes, round table discussions, and classroom-style talks.

Get even more of your learn on by signing up for our Monday Morning Intensive classes (class selections go live on September 30th), delving deep into a wide array of photography business-related topics, and hands-on shoots in a small, intimate setting.

[Monday Morning Intensives will have limited space, are optional and an additional fee, and will average 3 to 4 hours in duration.]

• Four

Inspire 2018 will take place over four days this time around, giving you the option to spend Thursday morning with us, exploring the Creative Lounge at your leisure, booking a relaxing spa-day, setting up portfolio reviews and mentor sessions, and to make sure you are able to 'go all out' at our Send-Off shindig the night before! Not only that, we will also have a very special community-building charity experience planned for our attendees to partake in on Thursday (totally optional and totally awesome)!

• Feast

Dine-Arounds are back, and this time, we've sought out some rad restaurants in Southbury ready to wow our attendees with some delicious grub! Special menus for each restaurant will be made available on our website a few weeks before Inspire, so you can sign up for whichever one strikes your fancy.

The Tavern at the Heritage Hotel will be hosting the Inspire Team for a special dinner, and attendees are welcome to stay in and dine along with us! Please sign up for the Tavern Dine Around if you'd like to join; vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available upon request. Limited seating available.

After dinner, everyone better join us for After Hours at The Tavern, where we will have entertainment, Happy Hour Specials and lots of shenanigans!

Terms and Conditions

• Changes in Schedule/Speakers

The current lineup of speakers, presenters and sponsors are confirmed but may be subject to change. Inspire Photo Retreats reserves the right to make any changes to the schedule and speakers for any reason.

• Refunds, Cancellations and Ticket Transfers

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, but your ticket is transferable, up until seven days prior to the event date. If you need to transfer your registration, please contact info@inspirephotoretreats.com. This policy applies to all ticket types, including but not limited to Dine Arounds and Intensive classes.

• Waiver of Rights

Attendee, on behalf of Attendee and any heir, assign, personal representative, or next of kin, waives the right to recover from Inspire Photo Retreats and Laura Dee for any and all losses, personal injury, death, or damage that Attendee may sustain as a result of Attendee’s presence at or participation in classes et al, whether caused by the fault of Attendee, Inspire Photo Retreats, Laura Dee, or any third party.

• Suitcasing

Suitcasing (a practice in which companies will gain access to an event by obtaining some type of event credential [attendee badge, expo-only badge, etc.]and then solicit business in the aisles or other public spaces used for the conference) is not allowed.

• Harassment

Ensuring the appropriate behavior of all attendees, speakers, sponsors and other persons in order to create a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees at the event is very important to us. In the event any person experiences any inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from any guest or other person at the event (including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature) we will have a zero tolerance policy, and the offending person may be removed from the event at the discretion of the event planner and the harmed party.

• Indemnification

Attendee agrees to be responsible for, indemnify and hold Inspire Photo Retreats and Laura Dee harmless from any and all claims, losses, and/or occurrences which may arise from or in connection with Attendee’s presence at or participation in classes et al during retreat, including, but not limited to, losses, personal injury, death, damage, or rights of any third party. This indemnification of Inspire Photo Retreats and Laura Dee by Attendee is to include, but is not limited to, attorneys’ fees and any other expenses incurred by Inspire Photo Retreats and Laura Dee in pursuing, defending, or processing any claim resulting from Attendee’s conduct or Attendee’s failure to act.
