Whether you are a lifelong art journaler or a new beginner there is space for you to be part of this workshop.

We will open with a brief meditation followed by some creative art journaling exercises to stimulate innovative ideas and to get the juices flowing. That is followed by free time to journal on your own or ask me questions, brainstorm, or give feedback.

Why do I do this, and why do I think you should do this? Like most people, we want to

be inspired to create a more meaningful and artful life. Through the many years of

leading groups in various forms of art journaling I have watched people have breakthroughs and big aha moments just from stepping out of the box a bit.

This workshop will be fun and insightful. Blending Mindfulness and Art is a perfect way to unblock the life-force energy that wants and needs to flow freely.

I have been art journaling since I was a little girl. In my lifetime I have explored so many ways of incorporating color, images, collage, paint, drawing, writing, poetry, quotes, and mix-mashing media. It has been one of the most powerful tools for being creative, setting intentions, processing life events, reflecting on the past and recording the present. This is a place to release and renew. We were all born with the ability to create, we just forget how much fun it is.
