Insights Into Consumer/Public Behaviour Part 2 – Social Media Data Tools Seminar
This is a standalone event, you are welcome to attend if you did not attend Part 1.
Our purpose is to demonstrate how a social media data platform can add value to businesses by measuring customer/public behaviour and sentiment.
Social Media Data technology vendors will form part of an expert panel discussion (think Question Time for Social Media Data) to debate the key data technology trends in 2017. Vendors will also demonstrate how to get the best from their products.
After the previous successful event held at Gallup's office in The Shard, we will now learn about the software options that are available in the marketplace.
We will seek to answer the following questions:
- Key "must know" trends in social data technology
- Challenges and opportunities in social network API's and other data sources
- How to utlise the right tools to get the best results for your clients/company
