You work on your image but you earn your reputation. The notion of reputation today includes a brand new dimension: what people express and share on social networks. It's a paradigm shift for marketing and communications professionals since it has become essential to monitor and analyse online conversations.

What is the typology of influence?
How are conversations happening on the various social networks?

11.30am — How to define a social media intelligence strategy?
What are the good questions to ask?
What are the main solutions available on the market and what are they allowing you to monitor?

1.00pm — Lunch break

2.00pm — Social media intelligence practice
Participants will have the opportunity to play with 2 social media intelligence solutions and create monitors on the topic of their choice. They will be assisted in the set-up process and the trainer will share methodologies allowing students to quickly gather valuable insights.

4.30pm — Reporting techniques
How to build a report for the different stakeholders inside an organisation? (executive committee, communication director, marketing director, sales team, full internal audience...)?
How to build an 'executive summary'?
How to maintain operational monitoring overtime?

5.30pm — Conclusion and end of the seminar
