Spring Workshop Dates
- Tuesday 20 May - Data and Insights (Online)
- Thursday 22 May - Stories, part 1(Online)
- Tuesday 3 June - Stories, part 2 (Hybrid, from our Camden offices)
The first three workshops will look at what's already happening across the country to tell stories about the impact and reach of youth work, gathering a range of ideas and approaches for us to build on. This will shape our approach to collecting and sharing insights about the impact of our work together.
We're especially keen to hear from you if you're a youth worker who:
- has been trying new ways to evaluate your work
- has a new data approach that's working for your team, or,
- knows what stories you want to tell, but haven't been sure how to.
Summer Workshop Dates
- Tuesday 17 June – Quant. tool co-design (Online)
- Thursday19 June - Qual. tool co-design (Online)
- Tuesday 8 July – Data collection training (Online)
- Thursday 10 July - Data analysis training (Online)
The four summer workshops will focus on co-designing research tools that help youth work organisations tell stories about the impact youth work is having on their local communities, and then accessible training on how to use them.
We're especially keen to hear from you if you're a young person who:
- is from a community that experiences injustice, discrimination or racism,
- experiences barriers to getting involved in research, such as being disabled and/or neurodivergent, having a long-term health condition, or having caring responsibilities, and,
- are keen to develop and use research skills to improve youth work in your area.
The workshops are designed for youth workers and the young people they work alongside, but if you're interested in coming along too, get in touch!
