About Christopher Babayode

Christopher Babayode is a flight attendant, frequent flyer, author and nutritional therapist with 20 years experience of flying over 100,000 miles per annum on average, for the UK’s largest airline on long and short-haul routes. He trained at the Plaskett College of Nutritional Medicine qualifying in 2002 and went on to fortify his clinical practice with training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and continuing professional development to support clinical practice. Chris’s area of expertise has been travel wellness which was borne of a need to stay healthy while running a business and flying full time as a flight attendant. This led him to seek healthful flying solutions and enabled him to thrive in the face of a busy schedule and a physically demanding job. It also led to the creation of the six-step proprietary methodology he uses and teaches his clients.

In the current business climate, Chris’s skill has been to combine the science of nutritional therapy, the latest scientific findings in aviation wellness and twenty years worth of flying experience, to identify a roadmap to a better flying experience for frequent flyers. The solution is based on the simple idea that frequent flying is a lifestyle challenge requiring lifestyle solutions in order to thrive long-term in the global marketplace.

Currently, Chris is excited to team up with FlyFitGlobal as the subject matter expert on jet lag at their recently opened traveller health and fitness suite. Based airside at Heathrow airport Terminal 2 FlyFitGlobal will host Chris’s methodology in their premium offering. When not promoting his book Farewell Jet Lag Cures from a Flight Attendant or seeing clients in his central London clinic, Chris is equally at home exploring new places or working out in a gym. He can be contacted on Twitter @NoJetStress and by email at
