Subject matter experts for the private and public sectors various provide unique insight on the current methods and trends as it applies to the threat and vulnerability by those within the organization.

This one day seminar is hosted by On The INLETS, a collaborative effort of the FBI's Baltimore and Washington, DC offices, the Maryland Coordination & Analysis Center, and InfraGard Maryland and InfraGardNCR - the host and fiduciary.

The registration price includes: All-day seminar, Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, and Certificate of Attendance.

Douglas Thomas, Director | Counterintelligence Operations and Investigations | Lockheed Martin

Doug leads a staff that is responsible for providing advice and guidance relative to counterintelligence and counterterrorism matters impacting the Corporation. He is also the primary face to the Intelligence Community. His primary role is to identify intelligence and terrorism threats to Lockheed Martin Corporation and work with internal and external partners to mitigate those threats.

The Cyber Optic of Insider Threats: A Virtual Tour of TOR

Susi Hajeski, Cumputer Scientist | Cyber Crimes Task Force | FBI Baltimore

Susie leads the FBI's Baltimore Cyber Task Force by coordinating investigations, developing complex techincal solutions, and performing critical analysis of digital evidence involving case with cyber aspects and direct attacks against key National Security entities. The DOJ has repeatedly requested her to testify as a subject matter expert in computers and Computer Science.

An Insider Threat Case Study: Ana Montes

Peter Lapp, Special Agent  | FBI Washington, DC

Pete is the case agent for espionage investigations into Ana Belen Montes, a Defense Intelligence Agency analyst and spy for the Cuban government, and Gary Yang, who commited economic espionage by misappropirating thousands of trade secrets from the DuPont company.

On The INLETS

OnTheINLETS (INtelligence and Law Enforcement Training Seminar) began in 2011 and has been offered in six states in the greater Mid-Atlantic region and at New Orleans in the Gulf Coast.  Its welcomed approximately 4,000 attendees from 400 agencies, 250 companies, over 50 K-12 and Institutions of Higher Education, and 18 InfraGard chapters from 30 states across three time zones. 

A collaborative training program, On the INLETS is designed by components from the FBI offices in Washington, DC and Baltimore, the Maryland Coordination and Analysis Center (MCAC - the state fusion center), and the InfraGard National Capital Region Members Alliance (INCRMA) in Washington, DC - our host and fiduciary partner.
