Abstract:
The topic of “Innovative Leadership” addresses the needs, challenges and benefits of developing as an innovative leader as well as the option to focus on being a leader in innovation. Both paths involve creativity, resourcefulness, leadership and planning to see fulfillment of this area in ones’ career. The pervasiveness of technology has led to increased opportunities to serve in both capacities within an organization, the community and as an entrepreneur. The two aspects of innovative leadership are described and elements associated with creating a path toward both are presented.
