About this event
Michael Grandner, PhD, is a licensed Clinical Psychologist certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, Director of the Sleep and Health Research Program and Associate Professor of psychiatry, psychology, medicine and clinical translational science at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson.
We all need to sleep. Yet as we get older, sometimes getting good quality sleep becomes more difficult. In this presentation, Dr. Grandner will discuss some of the basics of how sleep works and how it is related to brain health, inflammation and other areas of well-being. He will also present some strategies for making the most of sleep as we get older.
